Privacy Policy - How we handle your data

Omega Studio is a software development studio operated by Omega Studio, LLC, registered in Delaware, United States. For any privacy question you can write to contact@omega-studio-software.com.

Contact and newsletter forms: name, email, company and phone number when you submit them, so we can answer your request or send the newsletter you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Consultation bookings: name, email, company, timezone, the notes you write, the appointment time and the payment status. We use them to schedule the call, create the calendar invitation with the video link, send confirmations.

Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe sends us only a payment identifier, the amount and the payment status. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Calendar: booked consultations are added to our Google Calendar, which sends you a Google Meet invitation to the email you provided.

Analytics and advertising: we use Meta Pixel, Hotjar and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect your IP address, device information and page interactions.

We process booking and payment data to perform the contract you enter into with us; contact requests and analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business; newsletter and advertising cookies on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years). Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings, typically no more than 2 years.

Only service providers that help us operate the site and the services above: Stripe (payments), Google (calendar and video calls), our email and hosting providers, Vercel, Meta and Hotjar. Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area; transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to contact@omega-studio-software.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and analytics/advertising cookies from the providers listed above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working, but we will not be able to measure our advertising.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
