Terms of Service - The terms of working with us

Services are provided by Omega Studio, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. Contact: contact@omega-studio-software.com.

A consultation is a 60-minute 1:1 video call with Andrei Feraru, booked and paid for in advance through the site. The price shown at the time of booking (currently €100, VAT included where applicable) is charged by card through Stripe when you confirm the booking.

After payment you receive a confirmation email with the video link. If the time you picked was taken a moment before your payment went through, the charge is automatically reversed in full and you are invited to choose another time.

You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the call by replying to the confirmation email. Within the last 24 hours before the call, rescheduling is no longer possible, because the slot can no longer be offered to someone else.

If we have to cancel, we will propose a new time that works for you.

The consultation provides technical advice based on the information you share. It is not a guarantee of any business result and does not include implementation work, which can be agreed separately. Any code, documents or plans you share remain yours; anything we prepare for you during or after the call is yours to use.

We treat what you tell us about your product and business as confidential and do not share it with third parties, except the service providers needed to deliver the service (see the Privacy Policy).

The content of this site is provided as-is for information. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Consumers in the EU keep the protections of their local mandatory consumer laws and can use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
