Privacy Policy - How we handle your data

Omega Studio is a software development studio operated by Omega Studio, LLC, registered in Delaware, United States. For any privacy question you can write to contact@omega-studio-software.com.

Contact and newsletter forms: name, email, company and phone number when you submit them, so we can answer your request or send the newsletter you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Consultation bookings: name, email, company, timezone, the notes you write, the appointment time and whether you confirmed the booking from the confirmation link we email you. We use them to hold the time, send the confirmation link, create the calendar invitation with the video link and send confirmations.

USA company orders: name, email, phone, country of residence, the company name you want, a description of the business, your answers to the eligibility questions and the time you accepted the service terms. We use them to prepare the formation with you and to contact you. Identity documents are uploaded by you in your own application with the formation provider; we do not collect or store copies of them.

Funding orders: name, email, phone, country, the company name, the company’s stage, the type of funding you are looking for, the amount sought and a free-text description of your business. We use them to check eligibility, prepare your business plan and application file, and to contact you about your request.

Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe sends us only a payment identifier, the amount and the payment status. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Calendar: booked consultations are added to our Google Calendar, which sends you a Google Meet invitation to the email you provided.

Hire requests: the specialist you need, skills, duration, engagement, start date, company details, your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, so we can call you back and propose a person from our team.

Applications: your name, email, phone, links you give us, role, skills, years of experience, expected rate, availability, your message and your CV. The CV is stored on private storage that is not publicly reachable; team members download it through the admin panel with a short-lived link. Hire requests and applications are kept for 12 months after the last contact.

Analytics and advertising: we use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, Hotjar and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising, including on Google Ads. These tools may set cookies and collect your IP address, device information and page interactions. When you accept them, our server also tells Meta, TikTok and Google when you send a request or complete a payment, so each one is counted once.

Tracking context: the advertising and analytics cookie identifiers and the page address that we send along with bookings, requests and checkouts are stored only if you accepted the cookies. Conversion events (a lead, a scheduled consultation, a purchase) are sent from our servers to Meta, TikTok and Google.

We process booking and payment data to perform the contract you enter into with us; contact requests and analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business; newsletter and advertising cookies on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years). Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings, typically no more than 2 years.

Service providers that help us operate the site and the services above: Stripe (payments), Google (calendar, video calls, Google Analytics and Google Ads), our email and hosting providers, Vercel, Meta, TikTok and Hotjar. For the funding service, we also transmit your application file to the banks, investors or awarding authorities you ask us to apply to, on your instruction and only for that purpose. Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area; transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to contact@omega-studio-software.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site. Analytics and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics and Hotjar) are only loaded after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
